Is Maskan Guest House adults only?
Yes. Maskan is an adults-only guest house, so we are not able to host children. It keeps the house calm and quiet for every guest.
What time can I check in?
You can check in any time, subject to availability — just let us know when you expect to arrive. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is ample, free parking inside the gated compound, watched over around the clock.
Is Maskan Guest House safe and private?
The compound is gated, with a guard on site day and night and a privacy screen on the perimeter fence, so it is screened from the street. With just six rooms, it stays quiet.
How much does a room cost?
Standard: KES 3,500; Superior: KES 4,000; VIP: KES 4,500 — per room, per night. Breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking and daily housekeeping are included, with no service charges.
How do I pay?
You pay on arrival, by M-Pesa, cash or card. There are no service charges — the price we quote is the price you pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no charge for cancelling. You only pay on arrival, so if your plans change, just let us know.
What is in the rooms?
Every room has a 5×6 ft bed, a private bathroom and toilet, a smart TV, free fast Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, and clean white towels and bedding, with daily housekeeping.
